Our low cost Affiliate Program is an alternative workplace solution for the start-up or existing small business that doesn’t need full-time office space. Whether you are working from home and occasionally need a quiet, professional office with all the amenities, or you travel through the area regularly and need a base to operate outside of your hotel, we’ve got you covered.
Affiliate Membership
Renewable monthly affiliate membership – $50/month – limited to 19 hours per month
Accessible during regular business hours 8:30 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. Monday thru Thursday and Friday 8:30 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. The Affiliate space is available on a first come, first serve basis and may be reserved by emailing info@vhsbi.com. Insurance is required.
Affiliate Features
- Dedicated Office. Desk, chair, conference table and six chairs, free wifi internet access.
- Copier/printer/scanner. $0.07 per black and white copy; $0.15 per color copy. Billed monthly.
- Postage Machine. Actual cost of postage used/billed monthly
- Fax Machine. Includes incoming & outgoing service
- Limited Administrative Assistance.
- Access to Conference Rooms
- Incubator Mailbox. No charge (Based on availability & tenant use)
- Workshops. Offered periodically No charge throughout the year.
- Marketing. Including your company as an Affiliate on our website
- Access to kitchen, free coffee
