Virginia Highlands Small Business Incubator offers an incubation program for new and expanding small businesses.
Through this program, resident businesses can take advantage of affordable office or manufacturing space and shared resources (noted below). This is a private, professional office space with 24/7 access, that comes hard wired for internet service with the carrier of your choice. Other utilities are included. We handle all of your facilities needs allowing start-up businesses to allocate more of their time and resources to successfully building their business.
Office Space
We offer a wide array of office sizes and types to accommodate your small business. Please inquire for more information about availability. Be sure to check out our shared services and conference rooms available to all Incubator tenants.
Initial rate of $1.05 per square foot per month, which is subject to change.*
* Lease rates are locked in for the first year, then increase annually at an average of 4.5%.
Manufacturing Space
We offer manufacturing bay with loading docks. Please inquire for more information on types and availability. Also, please check out our shared services and conference rooms available to all Incubator tenants.
