Who Are We?
The Virginia Highlands Small Business Incubator was established to help start-up and existing business expand and grow in Southwest Virginia. We provide support, guidance, reasonable rent, and necessary services to foster a successful business community.
We are a non-profit economic development tool created by both the Town of Abingdon, VA and Washington County, VA.
