This area of drop-in desks located in the incubator, allows a new concept in productivity for the entrepreneur. VHSBI Affiliate Program monthly membership offers a versatile business solution for drop-in space, meeting space and training, or a first step away from working at home.

Affiliate Program – Program Fee – $50.00 per month

Affiliate Features
Office	Desk, chair & Internet Access. Also includes – 10 hours per month. $30.00 for each Additional 10 hour block.
Copy Machine	$0.07 per B&W; $0.15 per Color copy/billed monthly
Postage Machine	Actual cost of postage used/billed monthly
Fax Machine	Includes incoming & outgoing service
Clerical Assistance	Available @ $20.00 per hour/billed monthly. (Based on availability & tenant use)
Conference Rooms	3 uses per month – up to 3 hour blocks per use. $7.00 per hour for additional time.
Incubator Mailbox	No charge (Based on availability & tenant use)
Workshops	Offered periodically No charge throughout the year.
Press Release	Announcing your company as an Affiliate – No Charge.
Meet with Director	Monthly Meeting with Director Optional

Co-Worker Member Packages

Co-Worker Level #1

One Year Lease – 24 hour access Monday thru Friday, mailbox, receptionist, and 2 free uses of a Conference Room per month every six (6) months. Insurance required. $145/per month.

Co-Worker Level #2

Six (6) Month Lease – 24 hour access Monday thru Friday, mailbox, receptionist, and 2 free uses of a Conference Room per month every six (6) months. Insurance required. $175/per month.

Co-Worker Level #3

Monthly Lease – 8:30-5:00 access Monday thru Friday, unlimited use, $130/per month.

Co-Worker Level #4

Weekly Fee – 8:30-5:00 access Monday thru Friday. $60/per week.

Co-Worker Level #5

Daily Fee – 8:30-5:00 access. $15/per day.
